First Game of 2013

Buddy has his first baseball game of the 2013 season last night! He had 4 hits and scored 2 runs!

What we have been up to...

It has been a bit since I have blogged.  Since the last post, our weather has greatly improved!  We are looking at over 90 degrees for a high today!

The kiddos have loved playing outside.  Sissy usually cries when we have to go in!  We have taken lots of walks while Buddy rides his John Deere gator.  Buddy has been learning to ride his bike without training wheels too.  He is doing quite well.  If we could only teach him how to slow down and stop without crashing and burning.

Grandma and I had a garage sale last weekend.  We got rid of tons of the babies' things and made nearly $500.  So, it was a success.  We can now walk into our closets in the basement.  Before, they were packed with swings, jumpers, etc.  We did donate what we didn't sell, and I will probably donate a few more toys soon.

I am looking forward to summer, warm days, going to the zoo, and just hanging out with the kids.  We are hoping to have a backyard movie night this weekend with our new fire pit!

Yesterday, it was 77 degrees, and today this...

Come on Kansas, really??!!

I heard a good one today, "It's May 2nd and snowing... the Royals are in first place... I'm going back to bed because I must be dreaming."
