Yay, school's out!

School is out for another year. It is hard to believe that I just finished my 6th year of teaching. Only 40 more years to go, hahaha! Buddy and I plan to have a great summer together at the pool, lake, zoo, etc. Buddy is getting excited to go to World's of Fun next week with Drew and Alli! He thinks he is going to ride roller coasters. I guess the Wacky Worm counts as a roller coaster!

It was time to go with a much "cooler" hairstyle, since Buddy is such a sweater. Don't worry, we will be growing it out again next winter. Many people (including his mama) like the long hair look.

8 Weeks & Gymnastics

Here I am, today, at 8 weeks along. Luckily, I only have a little pooch. As the kids at school said, "You are going to be HUGE!" According to the doctor, things look good. I go back in 3 weeks for another check up.

Here is Buddy with his gymnastics certificate. He really enjoyed his tumbling class.

He learned how to swing on the bar and pull his feet up too! At first, he was only able to raise them up a little, and the teacher had to pull them up the rest of the way.

He also learned how to practically run across the balance beam! Up next is more swimming lessons this summer. Also, Buddy is signed up for a pre-school class for 2 1/2 weeks this summer.

Big News!!

Bushwacker and Blackie Sue

We had some fun last night at Grandma and Grandpa's farm!

Here is Buddy riding the calf we have named Bushwacker. He is the only calf I have ever seen that comes right up to you. He wants you to pet him and scratch him. It really is weird because most of the other cows won't let you go near them!
