Blowing out the candles...

Buddy has had tons of opportunities to blow out the candles in the last week.

Here we are at T-Rex last Thursday, on Buddy's birthday. They sang him a song about his birthday and went "roar!" at the end. He got some ice cream and a chocolate chip cookie.

This is last Friday when some of Daddy's family came over to celebrate. Daddy made Buddy a mayonnaise cake, the traditional Miller birthday cake.

Finally, we had a pool party for Buddy at the aquatic center in Lawrence. The weather was crappy, and we almost had to cancel. But, we pulled it off. The kids had a blast swimming, eating pizza, and cookie cake. Buddy's favorite character was on the cake: Mickey Mouse!

He still has one more cake to go. He won the Dairy Queen birthday cake contest on tv AGAIN this year. Come to find out, Buddy's uncle Matt used to work at the tv station and influenced the drawing a bit!!

My Valentine's

Another year with my 2 Valentine's... I enjoyed flowers and chocolate from the two of them. The bottom pic is my littlest Valentine hugging his heart balloon. He was not interested in the stuffed Mickey Mouse and Goofy he got for V-day, just the balloon (or baa-woon as he calls it). Speaking of Mickey and Goofy, there are pics to come of the Playhouse Disney Live show we saw on Saturday. Stay tuned...

Slammed again

Once again, we get slammed with snow! It has been snowing HARD all day here. It was supposed to stop at noon. Ha! So much for that! We have about 5 inches, and it's still going! I think we have more than anyone in our area. The radar just shows the system turning on top of us! AHHH! More snow to come on Sunday and Monday... Maybe we will get another snow day!

My Baby

It's hard to believe my baby is almost 2! Here is a pic from when he was just a few months old. It is at the KU National Championship parade. He went to all of the KU celebrations even though he was so tiny. He even partied on Mass Street when we beat North Carolina and Memphis!! Let's hope we are celebrating with another championship this year!
